We are seeking a Project Manager to lead cladding/façade projects from planning to completion. Youll manage budgets, timelines, and teams while ensuring quality and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project specs and prepare cost estimates
Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of cladding projects
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients
Oversee budgets, risk management, and quality control
Maintain documentation and lead project teams
Serve as main point of contact for clients
Qualifications:
Bachelors in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
5+ years in cladding/façade project management
Strong knowledge of cladding systems and installation
Skilled in budgeting, scheduling, and risk assessment
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office
Familiar with building codes and safety standards
