What youll be doing:
Provide exceptional customer service via chat, email, and phone
Assist with account inquiries, order status, shipping updates, and refunds
Offer information about promotions and product details
Solve problems efficiently and with empathy
Maintain high attention to detail in every interaction

B2 English level.
