What Were Looking For
Language Level: English B2 80% conversational fluency
Education: High school diploma (Bachiller)
Availability: Full-time (40 hours per week)

Customer-focused mindset with emotional intelligence
Strong problem-solving and active listening abilities
Flexibility to adapt quickly and handle multiple systems
Basic computer literacy
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive Salary: Base salary of COP $2,205,000
Hiring Bonus: COP $1,000,000- Terms and conditions applied
Training: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am 4:00 pm
Operations Schedules: 1:00 am 4:00 pm / 8:00 am 5:00 pm / 9:00 am 6:00 pm / 2 Days OFF per week
