Customer service agents are in charge of making payments, processing refunds, sending payoff letters, scheduling automatic payments, among others
When do you start?
- Start Date: October 8th, 2025
- Training: 23 days on-site, full-time training
- Training Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM - 6 PM
- Location: Americas Site
Work Modality:
- 100% on-site at our Americas office
- We offer ongoing performance coaching to support your development
Hours of Operation:
- 42 hours per week
- 2 rotating days OFF
- Must be available for rotating shifts (8 AM - 9 PM)
