Join us and be part of a dynamic financial services team!

- Base Salary: $2,500,000 COP
- Bonuses: Up to $400,000 COP (based on metrics & performance)
- Work-at-home option after 4 months

Start date: October 3, 2025

Training:
- Location: On-site at Sutherland Américas
-20-Day Training
-Schedule:Mon–Fri 8AM–6PM, on-site

Operations:
-Location: On-site at Sutherland Américas
-Operations: Mon–Sun, schedule between 7AM–9PM
-Weekly Hours: 42 hours
- 2 rotating days off
