Join one of the simplest and most stable financial campaigns at Sutherland. We’re looking for motivated individuals to provide inbound customer support for Capital One clients.
What you’ll do:
Assist customers with payments and account inquiries
Guide clients on setting up automatic payments
Support in the final step of vehicle loan documentation (customers registering their cars under their name)
Deliver excellent customer service in every interaction
What we offer:
Salary: $2,500,000 COP + $400,000 COP performance bonus
Sundays OFF + 1 weekday off (rotational)
42-hour work week
Paid 30-day training (20 days product training + 10 days nesting)
Possibility to work from home after 3 months (Bogotá residents, performance-based)

Training & Operations: 100% on-site at Sutherland Américas (Carrera 56 #9-17)
Training Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (no absences allowed during training)
