Job description: We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor who will be responsible for managing tickets via voice and chat in Spanish, French and English. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Responsibilities:
Manage customer service tickets via voice and chat in an efficient and professional manner.
Provide assistance and resolve customer inquiries regarding their purchases and products.
Ensure a positive customer experience in all interactions.
Escalate cases when necessary, maintaining constant and effective communication through Microsoft Teams.
Prepare to handle calls in the future.
Complete and pass a written assessment.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and proper case tracking.
Work closely with the team to maintain a high level of service and goal achievement.
Requirements:
B2+ level of English and French.
Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in customer service.
Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to different situations efficiently.
Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently.
Ability to use communication tools, especially Microsoft Teams.
Ability to successfully complete a written assessment.
