We are looking for a trilingual professional in English, French, and Spanish to join our customer service team in the fintech sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting our users with matters related to payments, transaction processing, and general inquiries about our digital financial services.
Main Responsibilities:
Handle and resolve customer inquiries in French, Spanish, English via phone calls.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding payment status, collection processes, and transfers.
Guide customers in the use of our platform and payment tools.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in line with the companys quality standards.
Requirements:
Oral and written fluency in French, English and Spanish (native level or B2 and above).
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems proactively.
Availability to work 42 weekly hours in full-time shifts, Hoop 24/7
