Your Role:
Troubleshoot issues: Problem identification and diagnosis, solution implementation, testing verification.
Provide guidance to the customers.
Documentation of technical issues and solutions.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.
What Were Looking For?
Language Level:
B2.
Education and Work Experience Requirement:
Professional or technologist degree with studies related to technology.
At least 6 months of work experience in technology-related fields (technical support, maintance, software, etc.)
Availability:
Full time job, Monday to Friday.
Skills & Qualities:
Technical troubleshooting and computing skills.
