Role Summary:
We are looking for a Technical Implementation Specialist who will play a key role in ensuring successful onboarding, integration, and long-term satisfaction of our high-value vendor partners. This individual will be the technical bridge between our platform and our partners, guiding them through implementation, resolving complex issues, and ensuring they get maximum value from our technology. With a background in customer success, SaaS environments, and project management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product to deliver a seamless partner experience.
Responsibilities:
Technical Onboarding & Implementation
Lead the full-cycle technical onboarding and configuration process for new vendor partners, from scoping through final launch.
Serve as the main technical point of contact and Subject Matter Expert (SME), providing clear guidance and documentation.
Oversee the testing and deployment process, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and system stability.
Collaborate with Sales during pre-implementation to assess technical feasibility and solution fit.
Partner Support & Issue Resolution
Handle complex technical escalations involving security, data, or configuration issues.
Work directly with Engineering and QA teams to ensure fast, effective resolutions.
Document all partner interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in HubSpot.
Act as a partner advocate by identifying recurring challenges and providing actionable feedback to the product team.
Process Optimization & Strategic Reporting
Use Asana and HubSpot to manage projects, monitor progress, and maintain workflow efficiency.
Provide regular analytical insights and support data to the SVP of Partner Success to guide strategic planning.
Continuously evaluate processes and propose improvements to enhance partner satisfaction and operational excellence.
Stay updated on product developments, platform changes, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
Proven experience in Customer Service or Partner Success, preferably in a SaaS or tech-driven environment.
Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) and software integrations.
Experience or certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, Agile, or similar) is a plus.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency with tools such as Asana, HubSpot, or other CRM/project management systems.
