Start the process for one of our innovative customer service campaigns as a team leader.
 
 
Position Details:
 
Lets rock together in a BOTs delivery campaign.
 
On-Site Role: Work as a bilingual supervisor (English B2+/C1).
 
Location: Connecta Bogotá Calle 26 92-32 (Gold 9, 4th Floor).
 
Schedule: Requires full availability with 2 days off
 
Salary: Base salary of $3,400,000 + monthly bonuses of 15% of the salary for meeting metrics.
 
Additional Benefits: $100,000 transportation allowance + $100,000 health allowance.
 
Contract: Indefinite-term contract from training, 44 hours per week.
