Requirements:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in leadership roles.
Proven experience in high-volume hiring and recruiting for operational, administrative, and leadership roles in the BPO sector.
Proficiency in recruitment technology tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, etc.).
Advanced English (spoken and written) essential for interaction with global teams.
Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to lead diverse teams, foster professional development, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic mindset, critical thinking, and excellent communication skills.
