We’re seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to provide essential support in lead generation, outreach, data management, and digital campaign execution. This is a high-impact, fast-paced role ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has strong communication skills—both written and verbal—in English and Spanish.
The ideal candidate is confident on Zoom, personable during welcome calls, and skilled in research, data entry, and administrative support. You’ll be responsible for helping manage outreach initiatives, supporting ad campaigns, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating internal workflows.
Hourly Rate: The equivalent of US$ 4.7 per hour in the applicant’s local currency
Number of Paid Hours Per Week: 40h per week
Schedule: Mondays-Fridays PST hours: 8am–5pm California time
Work Arrangement: Work from home

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
Responsibilities
Data Entry & Management
Accurately input and update data in spreadsheets and CRM tools
Clean, validate, and organize datasets for reporting and outreach
Maintain well-organized and up-to-date records for internal teams
Lead Generation & Scraping
Conduct research to identify qualified leads and potential contractors
Use scraping tools to build and segment lead databases
Organize leads for use in targeted outreach campaigns
Outreach & Welcome Calls
Send personalized outreach messages via email, LinkedIn, or text
Schedule and conduct welcome calls via Zoom
Introduce the company, answer preliminary questions, and gather initial feedback
Must be personable, professional, and make a memorable impression
Administrative Support
Manage team calendars and coordinate meeting schedules
Organize emails and basic documentation
Assist with various day-to-day operational and administrative tasks
Ad Campaign Support
Support the launch, tracking, and reporting of digital ad campaigns
Ensure accuracy of ad data and coordinate with the marketing team
Documentation & Reporting
Track lead statuses and communication outcomes
Log insights from outreach efforts and welcome calls
Prepare weekly summary reports for leadership
Requirements
4+ years of experience in virtual assistance, lead generation, or administrative roles
Proficiency with scraping tools and online research techniques
Bilingual in English and Spanish (both written and verbal)
Comfortable using Zoom and conducting video calls
Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills
Self-starter who is detail-oriented and can work independently
Proficient in tools such as Google Workspace, Salesforce, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack, and CRM platforms
Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT
High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
