Job Description
Review invoices, monthly charges, explain billing and service changes, annual price adjustments, process payments and payment agreements. Calls related to retention or collections must be transferred when applicable.
Provide troubleshooting support when services are failing or help is needed. Customer service line.
What will you do?
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
Handling incoming calls on our service lines.
Providing professional and efficient assistance.
Completing required training and meeting quality standards.
Who are we looking for?
We welcome individuals from various backgrounds who meet the following requirements:
18 years or older.
High school diploma or equivalent.
English proficiency (B1 level) and fluency in Spanish.
Reside in Bogotá.
Availability to work on-site at Calle 165 45-46.
Colombian citizenship or valid work permit.
Desired Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to communicate clearly, positively, and effectively.
Customer service focus and empathetic approach.
Ability to build trust and empathy through active listening.
Computer literacy and multitasking ability.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
