Sales Training Coordinator:
We are looking for a Sales Training Coordinator to coordinate and execute training plans for the commercial force. If you are passionate about training, performance, and process improvement, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and implement training plans for the sales team.
- Monitor admissions and withdrawals to ensure accurate headcount at points of sale.
- Organize and manage induction, product launch, and reinforcement training sessions.
- Monitor promoter performance nationwide through on-site evaluations and reporting.
- Design and track KPIs for trainers, ensuring fair performance evaluation and payment.
- Plan and lead semi-annual integration sessions to train trainers on new products and processes.

Weekly headcount reviews ensure all new promoters are trained, tracked in shared reports updated by regional managers and trainers.

KPIs are monitored monthly using performance data and compliance with training delivery.

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Training Coordinator for commercial/sales teams.
Bachelor´s degree in any related field.
Bilingual: Spanish and English (B2 level or higher).
Strong skills in planning, execution, reporting, and team coordination.
Proficiency in Excel
4,500,000 pesos = base: 2,475,000 pesos, transportation allowance: 400,000 pesos, food allowance: 950,000 pesos, KPI: 675,000 pesos.
The monthly regional bonus for sales remains the same: Up to 3,000,000 pesos. If you meet 100% of the sales targets, you receive 3,000,000 pesos; 85% to 99% of the targets, you receive 1,500,000 pesos; and 75% to 89% of the targets, you receive 750,000 pesos.
