Were looking for a customer-focused, enthusiastic Sales Reservation Specialist to join our team. In this role, youll be responsible for communicating the benefits of our Tour promotions and guiding potential guests toward ownership opportunities. Youll handle reservation inquiries, maintain strong client relationships, and complete bookings using our internal system, SAMS.
Key Responsibilities:
Stay available and responsive on the dialer throughout your scheduled shift.
Promptly answer incoming reservation calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Follow the provided script while maintaining a helpful and courteous demeanor.
Understand and assess guest eligibility based on predefined qualifications.
Demonstrate deep knowledge of the destination, resort, and current promotional packages.
Clearly communicate financial implications for guests who do not complete the tour or fail to meet qualifications.
Accurately and efficiently complete vacation bookings in SAMS.
Ensure all reservations are verified and address any issues immediately.
Consistently meet or exceed minimum production and conversion goals.
Thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support the reservations and sales team.
Qualifications:
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Prior experience in reservations, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
Comfortable using booking systems and learning new software quickly.
Self-motivated with a sales-driven mindset.
