At Solvo Global, were on the lookout for a Revenue Operations Specialist to help us align our go-to-market teams and drive scalable growth. Youll be the engine behind our revenue machinemanaging tools, analyzing performance, and ensuring our processes are as smooth as our coffee .
What Youll Do:
Optimize and maintain CRM systems (HubSpot is a must!)
Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs and revenue performance
Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements
Support forecasting, pipeline management, and onboarding
What You Bring:
35+ years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or similar
Strong analytical skills (Excel, BI tools like Tableau/Looker)
Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Pardot, 6Sense)
Excellent communication and project management chops
Bonus Points:
SaaS or tech industry experience
Familiarity with sales methodologies and customer lifecycle management
