Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the U.S. market.

Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying leads, presenting services, negotiating, and closing deals.

Maintain and grow long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client requirements and ensure project delivery.

Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, or business trips in the U.S. as needed.

Prepare and deliver weekly sales activity reports and forecasts.

Qualifications

Must hold a valid U.S. travel visa (ability to attend business meetings in the U.S. when required).

Proven experience in sales or business development (experience in construction, architecture, or engineering services is a plus).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (bilingual English–Spanish preferred).

Strong self-management skills, results-driven, and comfortable working remotely.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
