Job Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager to support the company’s commercial activities, including:
•Identifying and developing relationships and sales with roasters and importers worldwide.
•Cultivating and growing existing company relationships.
•Developing new business opportunities through direct calls, WhatsApp, email campaigns, virtual meetings, and market analysis.
•Building long-term relationships with customers.
•Providing after-sales service to gather feedback on products and services.
•Coordinating and supporting international buyer trips in Colombia.
•Coordinating and supporting participation in national and international trade shows.
•Keeping the customer database updated in the CRM.
•Reporting key activity metrics and progress indicators.
•Managing fi nancial data related to payments and contracts.
