The Recruitment and Selection Analyst is responsible for identifying, attracting, and selecting top talent to support the company goals. This role ensures candidates align with the company’s requirements and values while contributing to the formation of a high-performing team. Key responsibilities include developing recruitment strategies, managing job postings, sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless hiring process. Additionally, the role focuses on maintaining an inclusive hiring approach, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and enhancing the company’s employer brand.

Key Responsibilities
Manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and recruitment processes for assigned roles.
Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Source candidates through online job boards, databases, social media, and referrals.
Track candidate progress, provide feedback, and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
Promote internal referral programs and proactively identify future hiring needs.
Oversee the full cycle of the recruitment process.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment, preferably in massive recruitment.
Proficiency in English (B2+).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Understanding of operations and recruitment best practices.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Flexible Schedule)

Salary: $3,200,000 COP
