Job Summary: The Reactivation Representative helps customers reactivate their accounts via the website or app. This role involves guiding customers through the reactivation process, sending follow-up emails, and managing both voluntary and involuntary cancellations.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide customers through account reactivation steps via phone or email.
Send follow-up emails with necessary account information.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure successful reactivation.
Manage voluntary and involuntary cancellations.
Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve account issues.
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience, preferably in account management.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
