At Teleperformance, were looking for our next Quality & Digital Sales Analyst a data-driven professional ready to ensure excellence across our digital advertising and sales operations for one of our most innovative global programs.
Your Mission
Drive commercial excellence through data-based insights and quality assurance in digital sales and marketing interactions. Youll be responsible for evaluating consultative sales conversations, identifying improvement areas, and ensuring every client interaction reflects strong understanding, personalization, and business value. Your role will be essential in transforming insights into actionable strategies that elevate conversion, engagement, and overall performance results.
What Youll Do
Audit digital sales and marketing interactions to assess consultative approach and adherence to global quality standards.
Analyze the quality of commercial conversations, assessing client understanding, personalization, value proposition, and solution delivery.
Develop executive dashboards and performance reports that turn data into meaningful insights for business leaders and teams.
Recommend and monitor action plans to enhance effectiveness and sales conversion.
Participate in global calibration sessions with client and QA teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
Promote the use of digital marketing tools to strengthen consultative selling.
Collaborate with training and operations to design data-driven coaching strategies based on QA findings.
Monitor key KPIs such as meeting rate, outreach compliance, QA score, CTR, and revenue impact to identify improvement opportunities.
What Youll Bring
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Sales, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience as an agent or quality analyst in a BPO environment.
Minimum 6 months of experience in digital marketing or consultative B2B sales (mandatory).
English level B2+ or higher.
Key Skills & Competencies
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including complex formulas, data analysis, pivot tables, and KPI visualization.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, paid media, and campaign performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversions, ROI).
Ability to connect data insights with business outcomes and craft clear storytelling from metrics.
Exceptional analytical thinking and attention to detail to identify trends and quality gaps.
Excellent communication, empathy, and collaborative leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, global, and results-driven environments.
