About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Developer and Project Leader with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, digital transformation, and enterprise-level IT project management. The successful candidate will lead the digital overhaul of our operational workflows, centralize systems across multiple business units, and build a foundation for scalable, intelligent infrastructure across our organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end development, customization, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Manage the digital transformation of operational workflows across divisions, focusing on eliminating paper-based processes.
Design and deploy a centralized payroll and time-tracking system with geolocation and remote login functionality.
Oversee mobile IT support architecture enabling real-time data exchange via in-truck iPads for our waste management fleet.
Build a Business Intelligence (BI) Center, integrating company-wide KPIs and analytics dashboards.
Lead the development of a custom HR performance and tracking system to manage employee performance, attendance, and vacation.
Collaborate with the executive team to centralize all company data into Microsoft Fabric, integrating data pipelines for real-time analytics.
Provide technical leadership, documentation, and user training across departments.
Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development and implementation.
Strong background in IT project management, preferably with PMP or Agile certification.
Experience leading digital transformation initiatives in medium-to-large organizations.
Demonstrated experience in mobile IT deployment, including fleet-based systems.
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, or similar platforms.
Experience designing and implementing custom HR systems and time tracking solutions.
Strong communication skills in both English C1 and Spanish C1.
