About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Developer and Project Leader with proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform, digital transformation, and enterprise-scale IT project management. This role will be pivotal in redesigning and streamlining our operational workflows, integrating systems across multiple business units, and establishing a scalable, intelligent infrastructure to support our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the full lifecycle development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across the organization
Spearhead the digital transformation of workflows, eliminating paper-based processes company-wide
Design and implement a centralized payroll and time-tracking solution, including geolocation and remote login features
Oversee mobile architecture for real-time data exchange via in-truck iPads supporting our waste management operations
Establish a Business Intelligence (BI) Center, delivering company-wide KPIs and analytics dashboards
Develop a custom HR performance and tracking platform to monitor employee performance, attendance, and time-off
Partner with executive leadership to centralize enterprise data into Microsoft Fabric, integrating live data pipelines for real-time reporting
Provide cross-functional technical guidance, documentation, and user training
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central development and deployment
Strong background in IT project management; PMP or Agile certification is preferred
Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives
Experience deploying mobile IT solutions, especially within fleet-based environments
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Factory, or equivalent platforms
Proven ability to design and implement custom HR and time-tracking systems
Excellent communication skills in English (C1) and Spanish (C1)
