Position: Product Information Coordinator (PIM Coordinator)
Location: Bogotá, Colombia | Hybrid model (3 days at office / 2 days remote)
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8.5 hours/day | U.S. time zone
We are looking for a Product Information Coordinator to ensure the quality, consistency, and governance of our product data. You will be responsible for maintaining the product catalog, processing updates to order guides, analyzing data, creating Power BI reports, and supporting multiple business areas including procurement, sales, and tech.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update product data in PIM/MDM systems
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI
Collaborate across departments to ensure data consistency and accuracy
Document SOPs and support onboarding of new team members
Ensure SLA compliance and reporting accuracy
Profile Requirements:
Degree or technical background in engineering, business administration, IT, or related fields
2+ years of experience in data management, product catalogs, or ERP systems
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with PIM/MDM tools
Advanced English proficiency (C1 level required)
Experience with Power BI (mandatory)
Strong analytical mindset and effective communication skills
