We are looking for a PC Category Manager - Microsoft Colombia INC
Location: Remote (90%), Bogotá or near (with occasional on-site presence in Bogotá).
Contract type: Project-based (initial duration of 3 months, up to 18 months).
Salary: Depending on experience.

Initial Requirements to Apply:
1 B2+ English level or higher (spoken and written), mandatory for client negotiations.
2 Must reside in Colombia and have legal permission to work in the country.
3 Professional experience in category management, business development, or similar roles.
Role Objective:
Lead the PC category and Windows/M365 business management, driving strategic initiatives, product launches, incentive program execution, and market analysis in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
Ideal Profile
Degree in *Industrial Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
3 to 5 years of experience* in category management, business development, or similar roles in technology or consumer goods companies (experience in consumer godos or retail industry experience is a strong plus).
Proficiency in essential tools: Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Power BI (or similar analytics tools), SharePoint, IPI, Qubit, RMI, MDF (plus), CRM / collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, Salesforce).
Experience managing programs, rebates, marketing funds, and market analysis.
Strong analytical, strategic, and negotiation skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead product launches and category projects (SKUs), collaborating with sales, marketing, and BSOPS teams.
Strengthen relationships with retailers, distributors, MNAs, OEMs, and silicon partners.
Conduct Windows & M365 business analysis, delivering weekly reports and project tracking.
Manage the creation, deployment, and monitoring of programs, rebates, and funds(RMI, MDF) using tools such as IPI and Qubit.
Work with sales teams and OEMs to build revenue and unit forecasts.
Analyze market trends and provide strategic insights.
Oversee the proper allocation and management of development funds and rebates.
