The US-based private medical office is seeking an accountable and reliable bilingual individual for a full-time remote medical call center agent position. Job duties include, but are not limited to: - Managing multiple inbound and outbound calls and messages with patients and doctors. - Verifying insurance eligibility. - Completing new patient registration records. Skills and abilities: - Fluent in English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Tech-savvy. - Eager and able to learn. - Capable of working independently. Job requirements: - Stable high-speed internet connection. - Dedicated work computer. - Decent quality headset with USB connection. Work hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Colombia time. Compensation starts at $4,000,000 per month, with potential for increase.
