Paid Search Strategist (Google Ads Certified)
Location: Remote – Colombia (U.S. hours, EST/CST overlap)
Compensation: $3,200 USD/month
About the Role:
We’re hiring an experienced Paid Search Strategist to run and scale high-budget campaigns in Google Ads, Bing, and YouTube. This is not an entry-level role. You’ll be hands-on with campaigns, responsible for building, optimizing, and improving ROI while working directly with a U.S. agency team in real time.
Responsibilities:
- Build, launch, and optimize search campaigns (Google, Bing, YouTube)
- Manage budgets, pacing, bids, keyword/negative keyword lists
- Drive better CPCs, higher quality scores, stronger ROAS
- Deliver actionable insights through reporting and analysis
- Collaborate with programmatic, social, and analytics teams
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing paid search campaigns (agency experience preferred)
- Current Google Ads Certification (must include link in application)
- Proven track record with $10K+ monthly budgets per account
- Advanced knowledge of Google Ads Editor; SA360 a plus
- Strong English communication skills for client/team meetings
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
