About the Role
Our dynamic Operations Team is looking for a passionate and driven Supervisor to lead a thriving team within one of our exclusive brand partnerships. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role is perfect for someone who loves challenges, leads with integrity, and knows how to celebrate small wins .
What Youll Do
Lead and coach a team of 1218 agents, driving performance and motivation
Oversee daily operations, ensuring service levels, quality, and staffing goals are met
Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and personal excellence
Communicate key updates and feedback clearly to your team
Collaborate with QA, Training, and Recruiting to share insights and best practices
Audit and improve quality assurance strategies for world-class service delivery
Be a brand ambassador, embodying company values in every interaction
Become a subject matter expert on the clients business and build trust through expertise
Implement strategies to manage and reduce attrition
Take on additional duties as needed
Who You Are
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Supervisor in the BPO industry (Must)
US Advanced English level (C1) client-facing role
Excellent personal presentation and professional demeanor
