At Solvo Global were looking for a dynamic and client-focused Onboarding Specialist to join our team. This role blends training, onboarding, and frontline client support. You will play a critical role in ensuring both new and existing customers are well-supported and confident in using our SaaS platform. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, comfortable running demos, conducting live trainings, and responding to real-time client needs with empathy and clarity.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing training, onboarding, or support role within a SaaS environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident in presenting and leading calls.
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, UserPilot, Loom, or similar platforms is a plus.
Experience recording videos and using automation tools for client education is highly valued.
Previous exposure to Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms is a bonus.

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm
