Operations: Monday to Sunday, between 8:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. (5 days a week, 2 days offmay or may not be consecutive)
Training: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Weekly Hours: 45 hours
Job Description: Were looking for a detail-oriented and committed Customer Service Representative to join our team. Youll work closely with motorcycle dealerships of all brands, providing high-quality customer support and assisting with inventory management. This role focuses on delivering a great customer experience through clear guidance and technical understanding.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer interactions via voice, chat, and email, focusing on quality over volume.
Guide clients through our software, teaching them how to use it rather than doing tasks for them.
Provide basic accounting support, including terms like debit, credit, and account creation.
Help reduce the learning curve for new hires (accounting training provided after ~3 months).
Collaborate with the team to meet goals and maintain effective communication.
Requirements:
English level: C1 or higher.
Basic knowledge of accounting (experience in banking, financial campaigns, billing, or collections is a plus).
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Ability to manage inventory and customer support efficiently.
Multitasking skills and adaptability in dynamic environments.
Minimum 6 months of previous experience in customer service
