Position Summary
We are looking for highly driven, detail-oriented professionals with strong communication skills and at least 8 continuous months of call center experience to join a major domestic logistics operation. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will support operational tasks related to freight tracking, customer service, and dispatch coordination, focusing primarily on inbound and outbound calls, but also handling email and chat communications.

Schedule: Availability 24/7 | 40 hours per week | 2 days off assigned by the operation
Salary: $2,850,000 COP + $300,000 COP night shift bonus
Key Responsibilities
Manage multichannel communication, with a strong emphasis on logistics-related calls.
Monitor shipments and report real-time updates or incidents during freight movement.
Verify logistics documents and ensure compliance with internal processes.
Support domestic operations related to tracking, dispatch, accounting, and customer service.
Meet service goals and KPIs as assigned by the client or team leader.
Maintain detailed records and provide professional support in every customer interaction.
Minimum Requirements
8+ months of continuous experience in a call center (mandatory).
English level B2+ or C1 (you will interact regularly with U.S.-based stakeholders).
Availability to work rotating shifts (24/7 coverage) including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Reside in or near Barranquilla and be available for on-site work.
Strong communication, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with logistics or dispatch processes is a plus (but not required).
