We are seeking professionals with more than two years of experience in human resources, serving companies in the United States, with an advanced level of English, and who meet the following criteria:
Responsibilities:
Manage the entire recruitment process: job posting, selection, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
Support benefits administration, payroll coordination, and leave management.
Support training, development, and performance evaluation processes.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives, such as engagement surveys, recognition programs, and DEI efforts.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor regulations.
Prepare HR reports. and maintain the accuracy of HRIS data.
Requirements:
Degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
C1 English level (spoken and written).
