Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
- B2 English level (required).
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and personnel administration.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviews, labor regulations, and hiring processes.
- Experience in document management and HR administrative processes.
- Strong communication skills, teamwork, and service orientation.
- Experience in creating wellness, training, and development plans.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead talent recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
- Oversee personnel administration, including hiring, induction, and employee follow-up.
- Manage HR documentation and administrative processes.
- Provide support and guidance to employees regarding organizational well-being.
