What Youll Do:
Make a Difference in Labor Relations:
\t\t\t Develop and implement strategies to boost workplace culture and employee happiness.
\t\t\t Mediate between employees and leaders to keep communication clear and positive.
Handle Disciplinary Matters with Care:
\t\t\t Manage sensitive processes like disciplinary actions, ensuring fairness and confidentiality.
Be the Go-To for Absences & Leave:
\t\t\t Keep track of employee leave requests and ensure everything is compliant with company policies and the law.
Guide Employees Through Retirements & Transfers:
\t\t\t Support employees through their resignation or internal transfers, ensuring smooth transitions.
Reduce Turnover & Boost Employee Retention:
\t\t\t Create strategies to keep our best people around and reduce attrition rates.
\t\t\t Track trends and take action before employees consider leaving.
Organizational Excellence:
\t\t\t Be involved in onboarding, internal recruitment, and company initiatives that enhance our employee experience.
What Were Looking For:
Education: Bachelors degree in Psychology, Business, Social Work, or a related field.
Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role, with 6 months in employee well-being.
Language: Intermediate English (B1+) or higher.
