Job Opportunity in Hospitality & Guest Experience (Cartagena)
Are you passionate about hospitality, guest relations, and creating meaningful experiences for travelers?

We’re a fast-growing vacation rental company based in Cartagena, managing a portfolio of 19 apartments and one private house, mainly located in Centro, Getsemaní, Bocagrande, and Cabrero. After 3 years of organic growth, we are now looking for a versatile and proactive team member to join our small but dedicated crew.

About Us
Despite our growth, we remain a close-knit team:

10 women in charge of cleaning operations

2 maintenance staff

1 person managing commercial services

and Miguel, our operations assistant

We work without a physical office and value autonomy, trust, and results. We believe that the best performance metric in hospitality is guest satisfaction.

About the Role: Guest Experience & Commercial Manager
We’re looking for someone who is independent, entrepreneurial, and eager to build their own role.

Key Responsibilities:
Be in constant digital communication with guests from booking to checkout

Provide all check-in information and answer any questions during the stay

Solve guest issues with empathy and efficiency

Visit properties regularly to stay familiar with the spaces and identify improvements

Occasionally attend high-value check-ins to create a personal connection

Commercial Side (Earn Commission!)
A big part of this role is to develop and manage partnerships with local experiences:
beach clubs, boat rentals, walking tours, concierge services, and more.

You’ll:

Upsell these services to guests during their stay

Help us expand and negotiate new deals with partners

Earn commission for every experience sold

Play a key role in increasing revenue for both guests and the company

Additional Responsibilities:
Help improve our internal systems for guest communication, payment tracking, and activity sales

Suggest better workflows and tools to optimize guest experience

Who We're Looking For:
Based in Cartagena or willing to relocate

Friendly, professional, and great at written communication

Organized, responsive, and naturally curious

Fluent in English and Spanish (written + spoken)

Experience in hospitality or sales is a plus
