About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) Specialist to help us build, manage, and optimize sales funnels, automations, and CRM workflows for our growing business.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in GHL, automation strategy, lead generation, and client engagement systems. This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate closely with our marketing, sales, and customer service teams to enhance the client journey, increase conversions, and support operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and optimize funnels, landing pages, and pipeline automations in GoHighLevel
• Develop complex workflows for lead nurturing, booking, onboarding, and retention
• Set up and manage triggers, email/SMS campaigns, appointment calendars, and custom fields
• Maintain and enhance CRM configurations to ensure seamless lead and client tracking.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in GHL quickly and efficiently
• Implement integrations with 3rd-party tools and ensure smooth API connections
• Monitor performance analytics and suggest improvements to funnel and campaign performance
• Support chatbot and AI lead routing workflows (if applicable)
Requirements:
• Proven experience in GoHighLevel (portfolio or examples required)
• Strong knowledge of funnels, automations, tags, triggers, and workflows
• Familiarity with CRM best practices and lead lifecycle management
• Comfortable with Zapier, webhooks, and 3rd-party integrations
• Creative problem-solver with strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in marketing, telehealth, or SaaS environments
Bonus Skills (Not Required, but Nice to Have):
• Copywriting or funnel scripting
• Chatbot or AI integration (e.g., OpenAI, GPT, ManyChat)
• Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant systems or healthcare lead flows
• Graphic design skills (Canva or similar)
