Lead Generation Specialist
Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (8am - 4pm COL)
On site or Remote in MEDELLIN or BOGOTA
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and execute SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, local SEO, and technical)
· Plan, build, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn
· Create and manage email marketing campaigns using GHL and other tools
· Write ad copy, email content, and collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting creatives and landing pageS
Requirements
· 2+ years of experience in SEO and Paid Ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
· Strong experience using Go High Level (GHL) for email marketing, lead generation, CRM, and automations
· Strong understanding of keyword research, bidding strategies, and ad performance metrics
· Proven experience in email marketing strategy, segmentation, and automation
· Familiarity with GA4, Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and UTM tracking
