Responsibilities:
Manage customer service tickets via voice, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
Provide assistance with purchases, products, and related processes.
Escalate cases when necessary, maintaining constant communication via Microsoft Teams.
Prepare to handle calls in the future.
Complete and pass a written evaluation.
Maintain accurate records of conversations and follow up on cases.
Collaborate with the team to meet objectives and maintain a high level of service.
Requirements:
C1 level of English.
Previous experience in customer service.
Exceptional communication skills.
Availability for flexible hours.
Proactive attitude and ability to solve problems independently.
Proficiency with communication tools, especially Microsoft Teams.
Ability to successfully complete a written assessment.
