This role presents an exciting opportunity to support Snowflake as a Field Marketing Coordinator while they continue to scale and accelerate their growth. You will be an essential contributor, working in a collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced environment.
As a Field Marketing Coordinator, youll be responsible for driving demand through targeted field programs across Colombia and Mexico. You will execute marketing campaigns, manage events, and collaborate closely with sales, alliances, and marketing teams to help build relationships, strengthen the pipeline, and achieve revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
Support sales goals through field and industry events.
Research, plan, and maintain the Snowflake online calendar of events.
Manage end-to-end event logistics and execution (themes, vendors, inventory, staffing).
Collaborate with alliances for strategic sponsorships at partner events.
Align with sales teams for pre- and post-event communication and campaigns.
Manage and track the field marketing budget.
Identify and adapt effective marketing materials and messaging for local markets.
Ideal Candidate Profile
5+ years of proven multi-channel B2B marketing experience (enterprise software/SaaS).
Strong experience in Salesforce, Marketo, Excel, WordPress.
Proficiency in productivity tools (Microsoft Office, Google Apps).
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hands-on experience with field marketing campaigns and events.
Strong project & time management skills, able to juggle multiple initiatives.
Creative thinker with organizational discipline and proactive approach.
Willingness to travel to support in-person events when needed.
