The eCommerce Website Specialist will be responsible for enhancing the user experience and technical performance of our websites. Reporting to the Senior Director of eCommerce, this role requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for optimizing online platforms. The eCommerce Website Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues, implement best practices, and ensure proper setup and attractive presentation of our products.
What you´ll do
Set up new PDPs, including product configuration, descriptions, images, infographics, videos, metadata, and other relevant content to ensure a comprehensive and appealing presentation
• Optimize the homepage, PDPs, and content pages by experimenting with calls-to-action, layout, navigation, and other elements to improve customer engagement and conversion
• Achieve industry-leading technical SEO and website performance metrics by enhancing load times, mobile usability, crawlability, and search visibility
• Collaborate with development teams to roll out new third-party apps, features, launch new products, and support ongoing website improvement efforts
• Maintain outstanding fulfillment, returns, and customer service by working closely with internal departments in operations and sales to ensure seamless processes
• Address emerging technical and customer issues promptly and devise long-term solutions to prevent recurrence
• Provide insightful recommendations for continuous improvement of website product presentation through analysis of website performance, sales data, and user behavior
What we expect from you
• 5+ Years of eCommerce experience
Proven experience in CMS, CMS, and eCommerce platforms (preferably BigCommerce)
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
