ViaDirect is looking for a Data Reporting & Digital Marketing Assistant to join our international team. This dual-role position is ideal for a curious, structured, and proactive individual who thrives at the intersection of marketing and analytics.

You will support the execution of digital campaigns while managing statistical reporting for our B2B clients across various industries (retail, transport, real estate, etc.). You’ll work closely with the Digital Marketing Director and collaborate with international project teams.

Key Responsibilities
Data Reporting & Analysis (50%)
- Produce monthly performance reports using Google Analytics (Universal & GA4), Looker Studio, Google Sheets, and more.
- Ensure accurate collection, verification, formatting, and delivery of client statistics.
- Work with our development teams worldwide to improve data extraction and visualization processes.
- Respond to client questions about their data and usage metrics.
- Continuously improve reporting tools (automation, dashboards, templates, etc.).

Digital Marketing & Content (50%)
- Assist with the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital campaigns: emailing, social media, SEO, etc.
- Help produce multi-channel content: visuals, videos, presentations, blog articles, LinkedIn posts.
- Analyze marketing KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support the organization of B2B events: trade shows, conferences, online webinars.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure consistent global communication.

Who You Are
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Data Analytics.
- Strong grasp of GA4 features, including Custom Dimensions and Event Parameters.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in digital marketing and/or data reporting, preferably in a tech or SaaS environment.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). French is a strong plus.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, GA4, Looker Studio.
- Knowledge in SEO and marketing performance reporting.
- Able to present data in a clear, educational, and visually appealing way.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and autonomous, with a collaborative spirit.
- Passionate about tech, innovation, international environments, and digital tools.
