For our new Client Spines, SD Solutions is looking for a talented Customer Support professional to provide exceptional assistance and ensure a seamless customer experience!

Spines revolutionizes publishing with AI-driven solutions, enabling authors to publish in under 30 days with full support for formatting, editing, cover design, and distribution to major retailers. Offering Print-on-Demand, eBooks, and Audiobooks, the platform ensures a seamless experience via a user-friendly dashboard. Spines makes publishing faster, accessible, and cost-effective.
What will you do with us:
- Customer Financial Support: Assist authors with account balances, payment issues, and financial inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Collections & Payment Follow-Ups: Contact authors with overdue payments and work toward resolving outstanding balances.
- Process Royalty Withdrawals: Ensure smooth and timely author royalty payments.
- Payment Method Updates: Assist authors with updating their payment details and resolving failed transactions.
- Dispute Resolution: Handle refund requests, chargebacks, and customer disputes with a problem-solving approach.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Keep financial support and collections activities well-documented for transparency and efficiency.
What skills do we need?
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Fluent English (both written and verbal). Ideally C1 upwards (Must).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to client issues.
- Proven experience in customer retention, sales, or customer experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce (preferred).
Working Schedule:
- Monday - Friday.
- Weekends and all the Colombian holidays off.
During the trial period you will be required to work fully on-site. After the trial period you will start with a hybrid modality schedule of 3 days in the office and 2 working from home.
