 Your Role:
Provide effective, empathetic, and timely assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, mail, and SMS to ensure customer satisfaction, recommend service and plan improvements (cross-selling, upselling), and support the quality of the enrollment process.
 Profile:
High school diploma or technical studies in Customer Service, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in customer service or call centers.
Required Knowledge:
Intermediate to high English proficiency (B2-C1 conversational level)
Basic Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel)
Experience with CRM/ticketing systems (preferred)
 We Offer:
Permanent employment contract
Salary: $2,800,000 COP + performance-based commissions
Fixed schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. no rotating shifts or night hours
100% on-site position: Work from our modern offices at WeWork, near Santa Fe Mall Medellín
