Sales Reservation Specialist
Job Summary: As a Sales Reservation Specialist, you will play a key role in promoting the benefits of our Tour promotions and guiding prospects toward ownership opportunities. You will handle incoming reservation calls, maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales, and utilize the SAMS booking tool to complete vacation bookings with speed and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Remain available on the dialer during your scheduled shift to ensure prompt responses to calls.
Answer calls without delay while maintaining a helpful, courteous, and professional demeanor.
Follow the provided script to effectively communicate with prospects.
Understand and apply the qualifications for participation to ensure eligibility.
Demonstrate strong knowledge of the destination, resort, and promotional packages available.
Clearly communicate any financial consequences for failing to tour or not meeting qualifications.
Accurately and efficiently complete vacation bookings in the system.
Address and resolve any verification issues immediately to ensure smooth booking processes.
Meet or exceed minimum production and conversion goals.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Ability to remain professional and courteous under pressure.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
Proficiency in using booking tools and systems (experience with SAMS is a plus).
