Location: CAMACOL, Medellín On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday (various shifts available)
English Level: Advanced (C1-C2)
Are you passionate about helping others and thrive in dynamic environments? Join our team as a Customer Support Representative, where youll be the first point of contact for our members, delivering exceptional service and empathetic problem resolution in a medical and benefits-related call center.
What Youll Do
Handle inbound calls from members and providers with professionalism and empathy
Resolve inquiries related to insurance, claims, and benefits using clear, accessible language
Process routine updates such as dependent additions, doctor changes, and address modifications
Research plan documents and claims to provide accurate information
Log call details with precision and confidentiality, adhering to HIPAA standards
Support new hires through side-by-side coaching and call shadowing
What You Bring
Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Dependability, punctuality, and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in call centers or medical/benefits environments is a plus
