Customer Service Representative

What you will be doing
Daily direct interaction with customers, both personally and through digital media
Close collaboration with other departments to ensure total customer satisfaction
Effective and rapid resolution of conflicts and problems presented by customers
Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes
Implementation of practical solutions tailored to customer needs
What profile are we looking for?
Level C1 in French and English required for international communication
Advanced level of Spanish to interact with customers and teams
Minimum one year experience in customer service roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to resolve conflicts peacefully and efficiently

06:00am - 15:00pm - L-V (4 weeks TRN, 4 weeks NESTING) 05:00am - 14:00pm - 2 days off
