The ideal candidate will work with U.S. customers who pay a monthly fee for home protection plans covering services such as air conditioning, heating, electrical, and plumbing. Your main responsibilities will include scheduling appointments for technicians to perform repairs or maintenance on homes and equipment, addressing customer inquiries and requests related to their bills, and providing excellent customer service.
Additionally, after assisting the customer, you will have the opportunity to offer these protection plans to encourage customers to purchase new or additional products, ultimately aiming to close a sale.
Qualifications
At least 3 months of work experience in customer service or call center.
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and speaking skills in English.
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.
Compensation Package:
Base salary: $2,300,000 COP
Attendance bonus: $400,000 COP for meeting your schedule and being punctual
Performance bonus: Up to $200,000 COP based on metrics
Unlimited commissions on sales made in USD (converted to COP upon payment)
Hiring bonus: $1,000,000 COP as an appreciation bonus for joining our team (paid in two parts of $500,000 COP at 3 and 5 months, as long as you maintain 100% attendance during training and nestingmeaning no absences!)
