What youll be doing:
Provide customer service through: Inbound outbound calls
Offer selected products to customers
Handle inquiries and requests from customers.
Provide assistance on matters related to energy, service maintenance, initial cable connections, service disconnections, and related issues.
Represent TPs world-class standards in every interaction.
What Were Looking For
Language Level: B2
Availability: Full time.
Skills & Qualities: Active listening, empathy, patience, adaptability.
