Join our team and be part of an exciting opportunity to support Sephora through chat-based customer service. If youre passionate about helping people and have strong English skills, we want to hear from you!
Location: Murano Calle 40sur 41-44, Envigado
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) Full availability required
English Level: C1 (9.010.0)
Tentative Start Date: October 17, 2025
Training: 2 weeks, TuesdaySaturday, 8 AM 5 PM Eastern

What Youll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
Assist Sephora clients via chat with inquiries, troubleshooting, and general support
Deliver high-quality service and maintain Sephoras reputation for excellence
Stay updated on products, procedures, and industry trends
Collaborate with training and quality teams to meet performance goals
Document interactions in our proprietary system (CSC)
Work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
Meet KPIs and adhere to blackout periods during holidays/promotions
Who Were Looking For:
Mid-senior level experience in customer service
Strong written communication skills in English
Positive attitude and commitment to client satisfaction
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
